Delve Architects were appointed to co-ordinate a feasibility study into the potential to design and construct a new build three bedroom eco-house on a corner plot with separate side access. An existing outbuilding would be demolished to make way for the two storey scheme which neighbours a community allotment. Timber frame construction, air source heat pump technology, solar panels, electric car chargers and battery storage would all be utilised to create the most efficient building possible within the context. The project is currently in a pre-application process with the local council.
