A sustainable retrofit of an existing terrace house in Camberwell, South London. The project features a single storey rear extension which utilises cork insulation and cork cladding over timber frame construction. Bright green aluminium framed doors and windows bring a pop of colour against the natural materials.

Delve was a really thoughtful partner to help us design the house. We wanted to prioritise natural and functional materials, making use of cork, terracotta, stainless steel and wood, while also incorporating pops of colour to make the space fun and interesting. We’ve ended up with light, bright spaces contrasting with darker, warmer spaces. Delve helped us tie all these things together successfully in a space that we’re really enjoying living in.
