Deep retrofit, renovation and extension to a semi detached property in north London. The client's brief mixed art deco with Ibizian beach house, alongside a key request to ensure the construction was as sustainable as possible. Air source heat pumps, solar PV tiles, battery storage, MVHR, rain water collection, high levels of insulation alongside underfloor heating throughout we're all co-ordinated carefully to be hidden behind the soft interior palette of natural materials.
