Project Details
The lower ground floor flat was re-organised around a large central corridor running from front to door, with the private bedrooms and bathrooms positioned to one side of the double fronted property. To the rear, a full width rear extension created additional living spaces, alongside a new kitchen and dining area. The secondary extension element provided an additional bedroom and space for a shared family bathroom.
The timeless classic used a simple palette of reclaimed London Stock brickwork and black Crittal glazed openings to tie into the original Georgian townhouse.
The extension was co-ordinated with a new landscaping scheme, creating a black timber clad office studio within the planting and silver birch trees.
