Colour and texture were at the forefront of the design to extend a family home in Nunhead, south London. We sought to re-use all demolition materials within the new extension, saving all reclaimed brickwork for new exterior walls and rubble waste being ground into hardcore for drainage underneath. A saw tooth pitched extensions helps provide space and air deep into the floor plan, while maintaining a low profile at the property boundaries.
The interiors were co-ordinated with a PLUCK kitchen and bespoke terrazzo worktop.
